Shipping policy

SHIPPING: Wild Heart offers $10 flat-rate shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Wild Heart is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 

RETURNS: We want you to love your Wild Heart purchase! If something doesn't work out, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return: unworn and unwashed, in original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup, or damage, returned with original tags attached. 

Customers are responsible for a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund (refunds only provided for shipped items, not in-store purchases). Original shipping charged are non-refundable. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS: jewelry, sunglasses, underwear, bras, and breast coverage products are not eligible for return. 

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
